Great location, mediocre experience
So we arrived and the location was on point. You know, just a short walk to the good stuff like Columbus Circle and Central Park, really handy.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

Well, it was as comfortable as sinking into a cloud after an exhausting day of exploring the city.

You can't beat the street food around Times Square! From Junior's legendary cheesecake to Gallagher's hearty steaks, it was a feast for my taste buds. Bonus, the close proximity to Broadway ensured easy theater access and the efficient elevators were a lifesaver in the morning rush!
It was a bit inconvenient that when we checked in, we were out of hot water. They said it should be back by 6pm and it was. Then later, the elevators were out of order and we were on the 10th floor, which was a hassle, but they were working again soon.

Our stay in Times Square was awesome! We loved checking out the Official Times Square Walking Tour, which really showcased the area's rich history. Plus, the spacious room accommodated our family perfectly, especially with two teens who appreciated the comfy beds after a long day of exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered a better variety of breakfast options for families with kids.

Despite being in a prime location, the hotel showed signs of neglect—particularly in the worn carpets, musty hallways, and dated decor that could benefit from a refresh.
